Grand Sirenis Review - by the site creator
Dec 17 2006
We left Kelowna at 9 am and arrived in Mexico around 430pm (Mexico time)
We booked through sun quest and the flight was with Sky Service.
Once we arrived at the airport we headed through customs (was surprisingly quick).
After we picked up our baggage we headed through the airport to the bus zone at the main exit don't worry it was pretty easy to find. Once u are near the exit beware of time share sharks they are everywhere. We found our sun quest rep and he told us where to find the bus.
The bus ride to the hotel took around an hour and 45 min with 3 other hotel stops along the way. They had their "happy Hour" with coronas 2/$5 on the bus if you want to get the party started.
Grand Sirens has a very cool architectural entrance.

Large Fountain at the front entrance.

All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful although a good percentage of them did not speak much English. At the same time I thought it was kind of fun trying to communicate.
The main lobby with some glowing architectural shapes (reception desks are to the right)
This show it looking out towards the entrance.
